How We Are Funded

Currently all funding comes from private, business and family donations.  We are currently pending approval as a tax exempt non-profit organization, meaning our 501(c) (3) status should be approved before the 2006 year-end.  However all donations are fully tax deductible.

Rehabilitation Expenses

• Initial Vet Costs: $125.00                                                                                   

• Injury Treatment: $65.00 - $800.00                                                                    

• Vaccines: $45.00/ horse                                                                                            

• One Ton of Hay $220.00 (Feeds 1 horse for 3 months)                                               

• Grain: $40.00 (Feeds one horse per month)                                                               

• Super Supplements: $50.00  (Feeds one horse per month)                                            

• Natural Hoof Care: $35.00 (per horse every 5 weeks)                                                        

• Training: $100.00/horse every month (Dressage, Pleasure, and Trail)

How Can You Help

When each horse has reached a stabilized health level and training has been completed, we will try to find the most suitable home for each of them to live out a happy, useful life. All of our help is purely volunteer work and we are always in need of assistance with cleaning stalls, grooming, feeding, and all of those other horsy duties that come with caring for a horse.  However we continue to need assistance with expenses such as: feed, vet care, transport costs, training, and more. Donations of money, gift certificates, or wish list items are always welcome. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Sponsorship Packages

For generous donations of $700 or more will receive a magnetic sign that will be put on our trailers.  We will also list your sponsorship in our newsletter and during fund raising events.
