May 2009 Update
NEW FACILITY:
Recently we moved our horses to their new home
located in Arlington, WA. Talk about a fixer
upper; however it has so much potential. We
are now located on 13 beautiful acres with a fresh
stream, waterfall, barn with 10 stalls, indoor arena
and trails, trails, trails. The horses are so
happy here and are seem to be healthier than ever.
We adopted many horses out over the last year, and
unfortunately we have not been able to keep up with
the website in order to keep all over updated of
their status. I will be working over the next
several weeks to show you our progress towards
finding wonderful homes for horses in need.
Many of you have found it difficult to contact us
via phone. Please note that the number above
is current and please feel free to contact us
anytime for further information.
LEASING OPTIONS:
We are now leasing many of the horses that are
child/husband/family safe. The Lease includes
stall, paddock, pasture, indoor arena, pastures and
trail access for $150/mo, $200/mo with shoes.
By doing this we are able to match horses with
potential homes prior to placing them, this ensures
a perfect fit.
DAY RENTALS:
We also will offer a daily rental of $50/day which
includes the use of all the amenities. This is
for folks that simply want to ride once and awhile.
FUNDRAISING:
We are currently organizing carwash & BBQ dates
located at our new facility in Arlington, WA.
If you are interested in helping out or providing
food for our fundraiser, please give us a call, you
assistance is always helpful.
DONATIONS:
Donations are still desperately needed in order to keep
this organization running. At this time we've
had to cut back on our regular care such as
micro-chipping, dental care, special joint
supplements in order to pay for much needed food and
grains supplements. This is not how we want to
run our program long-term; however we will do what
we need to do to ensure these horses are kept
healthy.
With the economy being difficult for most families,
we would like to say a special thanks to those
families that have made incredible donations towards
hay, grain, blankets, and veterinary expenses.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
If you are interested in making
a donation, please please feel free to contact us @
Rescue@NewBeginningsHorse.com
or simply make a donation to our
PAYPAL
account. Your large or small donation will really help in paying for outstanding
veterinary bills.
